Sha’anan Streett
Co-founder & Board Member
Sha’anan, a founding member and lead vocalist of Hadag Nahash, has been the band’s frontman since it was established in 1996. An acclaimed rapper and artist, he is known for his powerful socio-political lyrics and distinctive vocal style. In addition to his work with the band, Sha’anan has released several solo albums, hosted podcasts and television programs, written a screenplay and a book, and continues to expand his creative pursuits.

Guy Mar
Co-founder
An accomplished Israeli musician, singer-songwriter, DJ, and music producer, Guy Mar is a cornerstone of Hadag Nahash's distinctive sound. As a skilled rapper, he brings a dynamic vocal edge to the band’s music. Beyond his work with the group, Mar has collaborated with renowned artists such as Mira Awad, Carolina, and Tomer Yosef, showcasing his versatility as a producer and creative visionary across a variety of musical projects.

Moshe Asraf
Co-founder
Moshe Asraf serves as Hadag Nahash’s drummer, infusing the band’s music with a unique rhythmic identity. Raised in Jerusalem’s Katamon neighborhood, Asraf's formative years as a drummer in classical orchestras laid the foundation for his diverse musical career. Beyond his role in the band, he is a prolific music producer, composer, and songwriter. Asraf has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including the Funset Ensemble (where he was a member), Carolina, Haim Uliel, and Sarit Hadad. As an independent artist, he leads SAN MARTIN PROJECTS, mentors aspiring drummers, and is the founder of SUSSUDIO, a tribute band dedicated to Phil Collins.

Yaya Cohen-Aharonov
Co-founder
A founding member and bassist of Hadag Nahash, Yaya Cohen Aharonov is an integral part of the band’s sound and identity. Aharonov is also the creator of Yaldei Beit Ha'Etz (Tree House Children) and a four-time ACUM Award winner. With four solo albums to his name, he has established himself as a sought-after composer, producer, and songwriter, working with prominent Israeli artists such as Muki, Ravid Plotnik, Mosh Ben Ari, Shai Tsabari, and Marina Maximilian. His creativity and versatility have cemented his reputation as a driving force in Israel’s contemporary music scene

David “Dudush” Klemes
Co-founder
Known for his innovative keyboard work, Dudush Klemes is an essential part of Hadag Nahash’s musical identity. His distinctive playing style has become synonymous with the band’s sound. Outside the group, Klemes is a celebrated composer and producer, having worked with a range of notable artists, including the late Dan Toren. His talent extends to composing and arranging music for popular television shows such as Eretz Nehederet, Ramzor, and The Red Band, further demonstrating his diverse capabilities in the music and entertainment industry.

Shlomi Alon
Co-founder
As a flutist, saxophonist, and lead vocalist for Hadag Nahash, Shlomi Alon contributes an unmistakable sound that defines the band’s signature style. A graduate of the prestigious Rimon School of Music, Alon has become a central figure in the Israeli music industry. His extensive recording portfolio includes collaborations with Mashina, Ravid Plotnik, Noga Erez, Carolina, Yoni Rechter, and Kutiman, among others. In recent years, Alon has joined the faculty at Rimon, sharing his expertise with the next generation of musicians

Yanki Margalit
Board Member
A trailblazer in the Israeli high-tech industry, Yanki Margalit is the founder and former chairman and CEO of Aladdin Knowledge Systems. He also served as chairman of SpaceIL, the organization behind the historic Beresheet spacecraft landing on the moon. A sought-after speaker on technology, entrepreneurship, innovation and evolution, Yanki is currently focused on artificial intelligence. He is a partner at Innodo, a venture capital fund investing in early-stage companies, has contributed to the establishment and development of nonprofit organizations, and served on the boards of Idealist.org, Latet, Educating for Excellence, Meet.mit.edu, Adama.org.il, and SpaceIL.

Iris Shalgi
Board Member
Philanthropist, social entrepreneur, and impact investor, Iris is the founder and chair of the Mahalach Foundation, chair of the Be for Good organization, a member of the Israel Council for Culture and Arts, a board member at BTB and a member of the Jewish Funders Network Israel.

Rotem Florentin
Board Member
Rotem is the manager and producer of creative and performing artists, and partner at Navarro-Florentin, an agency specializing in the representation and business management of artists across culture, television, theater, media, entertainment, and advertising.

Roy Behar
External Relations
Roy Behar has served as executive producer and production manager of Hadag Nahash for nearly 17 years, playing a pivotal role in the band’s operations. He accompanies the band at every performance, in Israel or abroad, as well as during rehearsals, recordings, and day-to-day activities.
Born and raised in Mazkeret Batya, Roy now lives in Jerusalem, in keeping with Hadag Nahash’s longstanding tradition.

Tal Morag Cukran
CEO
Tal brings extensive experience in fundraising, community development, and social project management. Her professional background includes key roles in the Jewish Agency and various nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Management from the interdisciplinary program at Ben-Gurion University. Tal specializes in developing cross-sector partnerships, managing donor relations, leading complex initiatives, and working in multicultural environments.

Shlomit Yarkoni
Board Member
Shlomit brings two decades of experience in strategic planning and driving social change. As the founder and director of Shlomit Yarkoni – Strategy and Resource Development, she specializes in developing and managing social organizations, fundraising, and managing philanthropic funds. Her leadership roles include serving as Deputy CEO of the New Israel Fund, managing the Latet organization, and leading international business ventures. Currently, Shlomit advises over 15 nonprofit organizations on strategic planning and fundraising, and manages two philanthropic funds operating in Israel.

Maya Zuckerman
Board Member
Co-CEO of Israeli Flying Aid, philanthropist and social entrepreneur. Since 2010, she has led humanitarian aid missions in disaster and conflict zones across Jordan, Sudan, Chad, Kurdistan, Nepal, and Syria. Maya is a PhD candidate at Tel Aviv University, researching the development of mathematical intuition in children with cerebral palsy using virtual reality, and holds degrees in Musicology, Cognitive Science, and Business Administration

Barak Regev
Board Member
Managing Director of Google Israel, and a member of Google’s EMEA Emerging Markets leadership team. In his role, he advances Israel’s position as a global tech hub while actively promoting the integration of underrepresented communities into the high-tech industry. Barak also serves as an advisor and board member for startups and nonprofits, including Education for Excellence. In 2023, he received an honorary doctorate from Reichman University for his contribution to society and to strengthening Israel’s high-tech ecosystem.
